    • A sobremesa é geralmente a refeição evitada quando estamos a falar em ser saudável, pois é uma refeição com muitas calorias e gorduras.

    No entanto existem exceções de sobremesas que pode comer sem se culpar e que matam a sua vontade de comer algo mais doce.

    -Creme Brûlée de Abóbora

    Ingredientes:

    • ½ chávena (chá) de leite desnatado;
    • 50 ml de creme de leite light;
    • 2 colheres (sopa) de purê de abóbora;
    • 2 colheres (sopa) de adoçante culinário;
    • 1 saquinho de adoçante (para depois queimar);
    • Canela a gosto;
    • Noz-moscada a gosto.

    Preparação:

    Primeiro, cozinhe a abóbora, de seguida passe na peneira para retirar grumos.Numa panela ferva o leite com o creme de leite light e junte a canela, a noz-moscada e o adoçante.

    De seguida, junte o purê e deixe ferver por 10 min, coloque em forminhas e leve a cozinhar em banho maria cerca de 20 min. Depois leve para a geladeira e no final quando for servir, salpique com o adoçante que lhe restou e queime com um maçarico culinário.

    -Crumble de pêssego e mirtilos

    Ingredientes:

    • 3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga sem sal;
    • 3 colheres (sopa) de óleo de canola;
    • 1 chávena de farinha à escolha;
    • 1 colher e meia (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio;
    • ½  colher (chá) de sal;
    • 1 chávena de leite com teor de gordura reduzido;
    • ½ chávena de açúcar;
    • 1 colher (chá) de extrato de baunilha;
    • 3 pêssegos frescos partidos em bocados;
    • 2 chávenas de mirtilos.

    Preparação:

    Pré aqueça o seu forno a 170 graus. De seguida derreta a manteiga e o óleo numa panela. Numa taça junte e misture a farinha, o bicarbonato de sódio e o sal, adicione o leite, o açúcar e o extrato de baunilha. Junte a manteiga e o óleo derretidos e envolva todos os ingredientes.

    Coloque a massa num recipiente que possa ir ao forno e deite os pêssegos e os mirtilos sobre a massa. Coloque a sua sobremesa o forno cerca de 50 min a 1 hora, prestando sempre atenção.

    Quando tiver confeccionado retire do forno, deixe arrefecer, divida em porções e delicie-se com a sua receita!

    -Mousse de iogurte

    Ingredientes:

    • 1 caixa de gelatina sem adição de açúcar;
    • 1 iogurte magro;
    • 1 maçã sem casca;
    • Sementes a gosto;
    • Morangos.

    Preparação:

    Primeiro, prepare a gelatina e leve ao frigorífico até ganhar consistência. Depois de solidificar, na liquidificadora misture a gelatina, o iogurte, as sementes e a maçã. Divida a mistura em taças e decore com fruta, frutos secos ou sementes.
