Receitas para comer bem, muito bem!

    • Por mais cuidado que se tenha com a alimentação, chega a uma altura em que as ideias inovadoras para as receitas começam a ser mais escassas, em que parece que se come e bebe sempre a mesma coisa. Somos solidários com essa questão e, por isso mesmo é que nos preocupamos em surgir sempre com uma receita diferente, que vai dar uma nova dinâmica à sua dieta.

    Há quem pense que só é possível utilizar os suplementos para fazer batidos ou sumos, mas isso não passa de um mito. Os suplementos alimentares são um excelente aliado para criar receitas deliciosas e proteicas, que ao mesmo tempo o vão saciar e fornecer energia e o melhor de tudo… são saudáveis e extremamente nutritivas. As receitas que trazemos desta vez para a mesa são um sedoso e refrescante gelado de batata-doce, para comer com a família e amigos, e uma nutritiva omelete de peru. O que tem em comum estes dois pratos? Ambos tem como suplemento base a whey protein. Saia da monotonia, corra para a cozinha e convide os seus amigos para desfrutarem destes novos e explosivos sabores.

     

    Gelado Proteico de Batata-Doce

    Ingredientes

    – 1 batata-doce média, cozida e depois congelada;

    – 2 bananas maduras, fatiadas e congeladas;

    – 1 chávena e ¼ de leite de amêndoa;

    – 1 scoop de whey protein de sabor a baunilha;

    – 2 colheres de chá de canela;

    – 1 pacote de stevia.

     

    Preparação:

    Comece por misturar no liquidificador o leite de amêndoa, a canela e a whey protein. Posteriormente acrescente as fatias das bananas e a batata-doce, misturando tudo muito bem até ficar com uma consistência suave e delicada. Por fim, para a aumentar a consistência do gelado coloque a massa durante 2 horas no congelador e depois pode servi-lo em pequenas taças.

     

    Omelete de Peru com Whey Protein

    Ingredientes

    – 4 claras de ovos e uma gema;

    – 1 scoop de whey protein;

    – 2 fatias de peito de peru;

    – 1 colher de queijo cottage;

    – Sal q.b.

     

    Preparação:

    Numa taça junte as 4 claras e 1 gema e mexa tudo muito bem. Depois acrescente a whey protein, as 2 fatias de peito de peru, umas pedrinhas de sal e uma colher de queijo cottage. Depois deite 2 colheres de chá de água em uma frigideira antiaderente e, antes de deitar a mistura deixe-a aquecer levemente. Quando esta estiver dourada pode retirá-la da frigideira e servi-la com umas folhas de alface.
